Returning products
Since these are custom made items we cannot accept returns. Please contact us by email for further instructions.
Address details
Check and double-check the delivery address provided at checkout. We are not responsible if an incorrect, incomplete address is provided by the customer. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will of course adjust your address.
Refunds
If the returned product meets our returns policy, we will process a refund to the original payment method. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

Postage costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless there is an error on our part, such as sending the wrong product.
