Rodrigo Flores-Roux

Born and raised in Mexico City, Rodrigo Flores-Roux discovered his passion for perfumes at a young age. This passion led him to study biology in Mexico before moving to France in 1989 at the age of twenty to attend the prestigious ISIPCA perfumery school in Versailles. There, he had the opportunity to intern with renowned perfumer Jean-Claude Ellena.

Rodrigo began his career designing fragrances for shampoos and cosmetics, but his breakthrough came with the creation of the iconic Clinique Happy fragrance. Today, he holds the position of Senior Perfumer and Vice President of Fragrance Creation at Givaudan, a leading global fragrance house.

Throughout his illustrious career, Rodrigo has collaborated with top brands such as Tom Ford , John Varvatos , Dolce & Gabbana , DKNY, Hugo Boss , Calvin Klein , Carolina Herrera , Tommy Hilfiger , and Estée Lauder, to name a few. His remarkable skill has earned him numerous FiFi Awards and induction into the Fragrance Foundation Hall of Fame. His creations are internationally recognized for their originality and distinctive personality, with many becoming bestsellers and modern classics.
