Nathalie Templer is a French perfumer known for her meticulous, scientifically sound approach to fragrance creation, combined with a strong artistic vision. She began her career in Grasse, the cradle of French perfumery, where, after completing her chemistry studies, she joined a small company. There, she developed a broad knowledge of the perfume industry, with experience in production, quality control, and research, among other areas.

Nathalie later worked for ten years at the fragrance and flavor company Mane. During this time, she specialized in analytical techniques such as gas chromatography and mass spectrometry, which gave her a deep understanding of raw materials—both natural and synthetic. This knowledge would later prove invaluable in her work as a perfumer.

In 2016, she moved to Expression Parfumée, a creative perfume house that later became part of Givaudan. There, Nathalie found a platform where she could fully dedicate herself to her passion for fragrance creation, with access to exclusive ingredients and innovative technologies.

Her style is characterized by simplicity and precision. She prefers to work with reduced formulas, in which each ingredient plays a specific role. Her creations are refined, elegant, and accessible, yet always contain a subtle element of innovation.

For several years now, Nathalie has been based in Dubai, where she develops perfumes that appeal to the tastes of the Middle Eastern market. She places particular emphasis on fragrance intensity and longevity – qualities highly valued in that region.

Her best-known creations include Perseus and Kalan for Parfums de Marly , Aira for Sospiro, and fragrances such as Cachemire Noir , Cuir Pur , Elixir de Figue , Ambre Extrême , and Zafran Rouge . These perfumes demonstrate her versatility and her ability to master diverse styles and genres, from floral to woody, from oriental to gourmand.
