Mathieu Nardin

Born and raised in Grasse, France, Mathieu Nardin comes from a family of perfumers. He developed a deep appreciation for natural materials while working in his grandparents' fields, picking jasmine and rose flowers. This early introduction to the world of fragrance led him to pursue formal training in perfumery at the renowned ISIPCA perfume school.

After completing his training, Mathieu Nardin began his perfumery career at Robertet, where he refined his creativity and olfactory skills. He eventually joined Mane, a leading fragrance house. As part of a new generation of perfumers, Nardin skillfully combines traditional techniques and materials with innovative approaches. His creations include Jacquard for Etro, Iris de Champs for Houbigant, and Blue for Kenneth Cole. More recently, he collaborated with the British house Miller Harris, for whom he created Tea Tonique, Rose Silence, and the exceptional Vetiver Insolent.

Nardin has demonstrated its versatility by collaborating with a wide range of brands such as 100 Bon, 4711, Acqua Reale, Al-Jazeera Perfumes, Anna Sui, Atelier Oblique, Baldessarini, Bastide Aix en Provence, Bebe, By Kilian , Commodity, Dana, Etro, Francesca dell'Oro, Furla, Goutal, Helene Fischer, Houbigant, Kenneth Cole, Kierin NYC, Les Bains Guerbois, Mandarina Duck, Marc Jacobs, Miller Harris, Molinard, Nobile 1942, OPSO, Perris Monte Carlo, Philosophy, Régime des Fleurs, Reminiscence, Roger & Gallet, Xerjoff and Yves Rocher.

Some of his most popular creations include Philosophy Fresh Cream Warm Cashmere, Nobile 1942 Café Chantant, Xerjoff XJ 1861 Zefiro, Molinard Figue Eau de Parfum, Goutal Nuit et Confidences, By Kilian L'Heure Verte , Miller Harris Scherzo, Goutal Tenue de Soirée and Houbigant Iris des Champs.
