Florian Gallo, a renowned perfumer, has a remarkable energy and love for discovering new fragrances that reflect his passion for perfumery. Born with a natural curiosity, Florian was fascinated by the world of perfumery from an early age. During his family holidays, he often visited Grasse and was drawn by the magic of scent. It was this fascination that inspired him to pursue a career in perfumery.

Florian began his journey by enrolling in courses at the Versailles School of Perfumery and later at ISIPCA and Robertet in Grasse. During his studies he traveled extensively to Argentina and England, gaining valuable experience and exposure to new cultures.

Today, Florian is a perfumer at Firmenich in Shanghai, China, where he embraces the local culture and society. He is the first perfumer to work from the atelier office and is passionate about the new technologies and ingredients that Firmenich offers to enhance its perfumery palette. Florian believes that Artificial Intelligence is a powerful tool to create fragrances more precisely and is excited to explore its potential.

Besides perfumery, Florian has a passion for cooking and enjoys creating combinations of spicy flavors, inherited from his Armenian mother. His love for cooking and experimenting with different flavors also serves as a source of inspiration for his perfume creations.
